i stayed for 2 nights and it was really really nice. it was marvellous very close to everything. loved every moment there.

We had a great stay here, everything was brand new, and the bathroom and kitchenette were particularly good, plus the staff were all friendly.

Marvellous and brilliant location, close to some of the must sees in Bologna, like Quadrilatero, based short walk from the place. Not to mention easy 5 mins walk from stores and two supermarkets, plus good restaurants all around. Staff was helpful. TV set with satellite channels, climate control and a microwave were provided for us. The neighborhood was good...

Staff were HELPFUL, I loved them all, nothing to complain about, had a very nice stay. Easy check in. Great bar was available. Food for breakfast was delicious.

The location of the house was fantastic, just a minute's walk from the main square. It was so convenient to have all the attractions, restaurants, and shops right at our doorstep. the house had a lot of character and charm, which added to the romantic atmosphere of our escape.

The bathroom could have been better. The shower being in the middle of the bathroom was quite inconvenient, as everything got soaked while showering.

The apartment was comfortable with a cozy bed and plenty of pillows. It had a free washer for laundry and Guido allowed us to leave our luggage before and after check-in/out. the kitchen was sufficient for making breakfast and there were stores nearby. Guido was attentive and promptly addressed any maintenance issues.

Everything was perfect and they provided me with complimentary ironing service as well as hypoallergenic and down pillows in advance.

We loved the central location just steps away from Piazza Maggiore and the two towers. the apartment was spacious and had a comfortable bed. the mini-dressing room was a great addition for storing our clothes. the WiFi connection was reliable and fast, which was a plus. the apartment had everything we needed for a convenient and comfortable stay in Bologna.

We felt that the apartment was secure and the host, Guido, was always available to help us with anything we needed. Nothing was too much trouble.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a fantastic apartment in an excellent location. The apartment was fully equipped and spacious, making it perfect for a family or two couples. The staff was attentive and maintained great communication throughout our stay. We particularly enjoyed the central location, as it allowed us to easily explore the city. Additionally, the soundproof windows provided a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. We also appreciated the delicious restaurant, La Scalinatella, located just below the apartment. I highly recommend this apartment for a wonderful stay in Bologna.

The location of the apartment was perfect, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of all the major attractions. The apartment itself was clean and tidy, with all the necessary amenities provided. The owner was very attentive and checked in with us daily to make sure we had everything we needed.

There were a few minor downsides to our stay. the noise from neighboring guests was quite disruptive, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.
